Philadelphia residents will have access to 17 satellite election office locations to register to vote, request a mail-in ballot, receive their ballot, vote, and return it, all in one visit. Housing First Harm Reduction Learning Opportunity
It's important that all staff working in homeless services understand the basics regarding housing first and harm reduction. Offered online via the iSpring Learning Management System (LMS), this course reviews strategies that are currently being used to service the most chronically homeless individual. CEA-BHRS
E-learning trainings are being offered for providers that utilize Philadelphia’s coordinated entry system. Trainings will assist in ensuring the highest need and most vulnerable households are prioritized for assistance. Complete online.

HMIS Privacy and Security Standards
E-learning training for providers with systems or environments that store clients' personal information. Training will assist in better securing details that are collected daily. This training must be completed once per year for all PhilaHMIS users. Complete online.

OHS ESG Funds Still Available
There are five funding opportunities out on the street for shallow rent housing, SRO-based housing, project-based rapid re-housing, and tenant-based rapid re-housing. Non-profits are urged to apply by December 31.

COVID-19 Community Testing Program
PDPH seeks proposals from qualified organizations to establish test sites for underserved populations across Philadelphia and help prevent the spread. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

CDC Temporary Halt in Residential Evictions
Effective through December 31, 2020, there is a temporary halt against residential evictions of persons earning no more than $99,000 a year to prevent the further spread of COVID-19. View the rule issued by the CDC.

CEA-BHRS (pronounced sea breeze!) Committee Seeks More Members
Philly's Coordinated Entry and Assessment-Based Housing Referral System, (CEA-BHRS) Evaluation Committee is a working group of the Roadmap to Homes Board that ensures the CoC has the best possible coordinated entry system. We're looking for additional volunteers to join the committee and help design and conduct the annual CEA-BHRS evaluation being conducted by Homebase Consulting. We need different provider types and roles (i.e., are looking for people who bring diversity of perspective and experience - evaluators, data analysts, intake staff, case managers, and those with lived experience) to join.
